Punchdrunk x Porsche Lottery Terms and Conditions

• Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
• Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Punchdrunk and Porsche, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
• To enter the competition entrants must submit their name and email address and then be randomly selected from that month’s entries. 
• The competition can only be entered by submission to the email address specified.
• The competition can only be entered once per month from each email address submitted.
• For the purposes of the competition, each month begins on the 4th at 00:00 and ends on the 4th of the following month at 00:00. Entries submitted after that time will not be entered into the competition.
• The prize will be awarded to one winner per month and will consist of a Punchdrunk x Porsche Experience for the winner and one guest. 
• There is a limit to the distance the Porsche can travel to collect winners. We will discuss this on a case by case basis.
• The winners will be picked at random by Punchdrunk staff on 5th of each month and notified shortly afterwards with details of how to collect their prize.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition
• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
• No responsibility can be accepted for prizes lost, delayed or corrupted in transit to the winner.
• The prizes are as stated in the competition text, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• Tickets are only valid for The Burnt City and are not transferable to any other Punchdrunk event.
• Prizes do not include any travel or accommodation expenses that may be incurred by a prize winner in order to attend an event.
• Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Punchdrunk will not use any email addresses submitted for marketing purposes.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
• Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
• Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• The Promoter is The Burnt City Ltd.
