Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Please note that this is a promenade performance and comfortable footwear is recommended. The experience is a personal journey and you may find yourself separated from your group.

  2. Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges are permitted up to 72 hours before the performance, subject to availability.

  3. Warning: The performance contains adult themes and there may be moments of nudity. There will be areas of darkness and confined space. Haze and strobe effects are used in this production.

  4. Audiences will wear a mask for the duration of the performance. We recommend contact lenses instead of glasses where possible.

  5. The age restriction for this performance is 16yrs+. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Photo ID will be required on entry.

  6. No bags of any size will be permitted in the performance space. If you do bring items with you, a compulsory cloakroom will operate.

  7. Mobile phones will not be allowed in the space and compulsory phone bagging will be in place.

  8. There is a bar in operation during the performance. There you can take a break and enjoy a drink. Masks can be removed in the bar area only.

  9. The bar will operate a challenge 25 policy. Cash is not accepted at the bar.

  10. Smoking is not permitted at any time within the premises. Patrons wishing to smoke outside are asked to wait until they leave the venue at the end of the performance as re-admission will not be permitted.

  11. Punchdrunk reserves the right to refuse entry or remove audience members from the show due to inappropriate behaviour at any time without a refund or readmittance.

  12. COVID-19: The safety of our audiences, performers and staff is our highest priority. We will be in touch with you ahead of your visit to outline the procedures we have in place, and would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation in these matters.
